AOB:

Steve Ormrod asked for members’ views on how the pricing of coach trips and the surplus in the Group’s Social Account should be managed. The consensus was that it was quite in order for surpluses from coach trips in one year to be absorbed by losses in another year provided there was no overall loss in the long term.

The meeting closed at 9.30pm and the members then joined the committee for wine and cheese
